Delivery & Returns
We handle orders from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the exception of UK Bank Holidays.
All items are sent 2nd class unless you request otherwise. All parcels are collected from Royal Mail every Thursday. If you have a specific occasion, such as a wedding or a birthday, by which you must unequivocally receive your order then please notify us via email Fiz[email protected] and we will do our best to get the product to you.

Delivery costs for all orders are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, returns can be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Please let us know via email at [email protected] why there is an issue with the product so we can amend this problem for next time. Please note that we cannot accept any returns if the seal is no longer intact. All items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging.

Please retain proof of postage for your return. Fizz Pop will only cover the cost of return postage if your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
